Description: The part of the Charles River along Charles River road my have the most diverse environment as far water characteristics go. There are parts that are narrow, and parts that are wide. Some places have a fast current and some have almost no current. You will find lily pads and sandy or rocky shores. You can start from either end of this section of river depending on what type of terrain you like to fish. From the side that intersects with RT. 20 you can find street parking all along the shore. All along the water line you will find clearings where you can tell people have been fishing. I like to use this location for a testing ground for new lure types or fishing techniques.
